Appointment for Consultation
Appointment for consultation should be made in advance, by contacting the Clinical Voice Centre (VOICEntre) by phone. Appointment will generally be arranged within one week. Every attending patient will first receive a comprehensive voice assessment. According to the assessment results, individual voice treatment will be planned.

Points to note
- If you require to change your appointment, please contact the office (Tel: 3917 1568) at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
- If you are late for your appointment, the VOICEntre reserves the right to shorten or cancel your session.
- If you cancel the appointment with less than 24 hours of notice, this will be regarded as a “Failed Appointment”. A “Failed Appointment” will incur a charge of 50% of the usual fee unless on exceptional circumstances.
- If a subsequent appointment is required after a “Failed Appointment”, advance booking fee equivalent to one-session consultation fee will be required to be paid in advance before a “re-appointment” can be given.
